Lesson content
There are two main groups of special tools and devices, which are used to install the rubber dam system on the operating field: main and additional components (Table 3.1). The main components of the rubber dam system include a rubber dam sheets, template for marking, punch, clamps, frames for fixing the rubber dam and clamp forceps (Fig. 3.1). Dental floss, cords and wedges, liquid rubber dam and special napkins are the additional components of the rubber dam system (Fig. 3.2).
