This section shall contain detailed information on the disease onset and further overlay of symptoms, clinical picture of aggravation, remissions, hospital admissions, effect of various kinds of treatment. Special attention shall be paid not to the chronological order of hospital admissions and doctor visits but to the dynamical clinical picture of the disease - natural and countervailing therapy. A duly prepared medical history shall contain detailed description of all complaints of the patient listed in the respective section.
