Among many problems faced by higher medical educational institutions, the problems of medical judgement and practical skills formation in students are the most complex. This is the situation when the doctor is unable to ask correct questions, examine а patient and write a medical history using mainly the information obtained by instrumental methods of diagnosis. Thus, about 40 per cent of them cannot come into contact with the patient (or have a great deal of difficulty in it), cannot correctly collect data for the medical history and underline the main symptoms. A significant part of specialists is unable to assess changes in various systems and organs identified during examination, peripheral blood indexes and biochemical blood test data, interpret and use modern diagnostic methods of examination. That is why «emancipation» of students and teaching them the necessary practical skills and logical thinking at the patient's bedside is the most important task of teaching at medical higher educational institutions.
