4. Victim M. was brought from the scene of the accident. The general condition of moderate severity. Asphyxia, the skin and mucous membranes are cyanotic. Using accessory muscles for respiration. Heavy bleeding from the nose and ears.

5. Victim P. was brought from the scene of the accident. The general condition is severe. Respiratory rate over 28/min. Cyanosis. Using accessory muscles for respiration. Pulse over 100 beats/min, blood pressure 80 to 60 mm, hemoptysis. Floating fragment of the thorax. Percussion identifies significant hemopneumothorax.
