2. Cavity class I according to Black.
3. Electric pulp test, radiography.
4. Erosion of teeth, wedge-shaped defect
5. Infiltration anesthesia.
Clinical task 2
1. Tooth 21 - caries of enamel (white spot lesions [initial caries] (K02.0).
2. Staining solution (methylene blue), transillumination.
3. Endemic fluorosis, enamel hypoplasia.
4. Remineralizing therapy.
5. Brushing the teeth after every meal, rinsing with a mouthwash, using dental floss; professional hygiene of the oral cavity 2 times a year.
Clinical task 3
1. Tooth 11 - caries of enamel (white spot lesions [initial caries], K02.0).
2. Staining solutions (methylene blue), transillumination.
3. Endemic fluorosis, enamel hypoplasia.
4. Professional oral hygiene, course of remineralization therapy.
5. Brushing the teeth after every meal, using oral rinses, dental floss; professional oral hygiene 2 times a year.
Clinical task 4
1. 25 - caries of enamel (K02.0).
2. Cavity class I according to Black.
3. Electric pulp test, radiography.
4. Secondary caries, erosive form of hypoplasia, with erosive form of dental fluorosis, acidic necrosis of the enamel.
5. Glass ionomer cements, compomers, light-cured composites. Clinical task 5
1. Tooth 16 - caries of dentin (K02.1).
2. Cavity class II according to Black.
3. Disclosure of carious cavity should be performed from the occlusal surface, protective matrix is recommended to prevent injury of the adjacent teeth.
4. Glass ionomer cements, compomers, light-cured composites.
5. To prevent chronic trauma of gingival papilla by food compaction. Clinical task 6
