Early detection of tuberculosis is carried out by a test with the recombinant tuberculosis allergen DiaskinTest (DST), in standard dilution (CFP10-ESAT6 protein 0.2 μg produced by Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3)/pCFP — ESAT) is carried out once a year for all children up to 17 years of age inclusive (Mantoux test with 2TU is possible) and large-frame fluorography (LFF) 1 time in 2 years from 15 years.
