a Total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and calculated non-HDL-C and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C); direct LDL-C measurement is recommended if triglycerides are >400 mg/dL (4.52 mmol/L).
